From room to presentation in five steps.
1. Open WTF.NOW on the screen
Use a supported screen app or open wtf.now in a compatible browser. A session QR code will appear.
2. Scan the QR code
Scan it with the WTF.NOW app on iOS or Android. Other supported devices can use the browser client.
3. Choose and review
Select a local file, a photo, or content from connected cloud storage. Review it privately on your own device.
4. Press Present
While you choose and review, the shared screen shows a branded waiting state. Your content appears only after you choose Present.
5. Control and finish
Move forward or back and end the presentation from your own device. The presentation content and session state are cleared afterward.
SUPPORTED CONTENT
Bring the file. We’ll handle the alphabet soup.
Content can come from your device, your photo gallery, or connected cloud storage.
SCREEN SETUP
A dedicated screen app is useful. It isn’t required.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
Only the selected content reaches the screen.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Try the boring fixes first. They work annoyingly often.
The QR code will not scan
Make sure the entire code is visible, increase screen brightness if needed, and try moving closer. If the session has expired, reload WTF.NOW on the screen to generate a new code.
The screen shows a waiting state
That is expected while the presenter selects and reviews content. The selected file appears only after the presenter chooses Present.
A file will not open
Confirm that its format is listed above and that the presenter’s device has a working internet connection. If the issue continues, try a PDF version and contact us with the original file type.
The presentation stopped responding
Check internet access on both devices. If the session ended, return to WTF.NOW on the shared screen and start a new session.
I still need help
Email hi@wtf.now with the screen platform, presenter device, file type and what happened. Do not send confidential presentation content.
